No Guaranteed Results
Yasstilk Media uses research, strategy, design, implementation, and optimization methods to improve website clarity, user experience, and conversion performance.
However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rate increases, sales volume, lead volume, ranking improvements, or business outcomes.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including traffic quality, offer strength, market demand, sales process, pricing, tracking accuracy, client implementation, and customer behavior.
Any examples, case studies, or performance references shown on this website are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
Client Responsibilities
To complete the work properly, clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to required tools or platforms.
This may include:
- Website or CMS access
- Webflow access
- Google Analytics access
- Google Tag Manager access
- Google Search Console access
- Heatmap or session recording tool access
- Brand assets
- Existing copy
- Product or service information
- Testimonials or proof assets
- Competitor information
- Feedback and approvals
Delays in providing access, materials, feedback, or approvals may delay project timelines.
Yasstilk Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or lack of access from the client.
Payments and Fees
All fees are stated in the proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- CRO audits must be paid before work begins.
- 90-day CRO Growth System projects require the agreed deposit or first payment before work begins.
- Monthly or milestone payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Late payments may pause project work until payment is received.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Yasstilk Media may update pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect active projects unless both parties agree in writing.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services involve strategy, analysis, research, planning, and custom implementation work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
For CRO audits, cancellation requests made before work begins may be reviewed case by case.
For 90-day projects, cancellation terms will be defined in the project agreement or proposal.
If a client cancels, delays, or abandons a project after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, committed time, and agreed project fees due up to that point.
Scope of Work and Revisions
Each project includes only the services, deliverables, pages, revisions, and timelines stated in the approved proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Examples of out-of-scope work may include:
- Extra pages not included in the project
- Additional design concepts
- Additional revision rounds
- Advanced analytics engineering
- CRM automation
- Paid advertising management
- SEO content production
- Full website rebuilds unless specifically included
- Custom software development
- Work on third-party platforms not included in the agreement
Yasstilk Media reserves the right to decline work outside the agreed scope or quote it separately.
Timelines and Delivery
Project timelines are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.
Yasstilk Media will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, timelines may change due to client delays, late feedback, missing access, technical issues, third-party platform limitations, or changes in project scope.
If the client does not provide required materials, access, or feedback within a reasonable time, the project timeline may be extended.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Yasstilk Media retains ownership of its internal processes, methods, frameworks, templates, systems, know-how, and pre-existing materials.
After full payment is received, the client receives ownership or usage rights to the final deliverables created specifically for the client, such as approved website copy, designs, and implemented website sections.
Yasstilk Media may reuse general knowledge, methods, ideas, frameworks, and non-confidential processes developed during client work.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any brand assets, images, fonts, copy, testimonials, logos, data, or materials they provide.
Portfolio and Case Study Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Yasstilk Media may reference completed client work in its portfolio, website, case studies, social media, and marketing materials.
This may include the client’s business name, logo, screenshots, project description, and non-confidential results.
Confidential information, private business data, or sensitive metrics will not be shared publicly without permission.
Clients who require confidentiality or white-label work must request this in writing before the project begins.
